Welcome to Yountz Jewelry. My name is Dana Yountz and I’ve been in the jewelry business for 25 years now, working with some of the finest jewelry out there. I decided to create this website to showcase my extensive knowledge on the buying process, as I am a specialized rep for buyers. I learn the ins and outs of every company I work for, to truly understand the style they’re after. I’ve worked all over the East Coast and got my start creating my own designs as a young woman. Later, I attended New Approach in Virginia and then went on to get certified at Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to further my education. As of now, I reside in Charlotte, North Carolina but continue to travel around the country in constant search for the best products.
I understand and can spot a new trend from a mile away and keep a detailed eye on budget, as newer buyers tend to overspend. Learning how to buy jewelry isn’t an easy task. You need to have intuition and a firm grasp on how customers shop. That of which I posses. I pride myself on being able to satisfy my clients product needs and take great care in understanding each ones particular taste. While I have experience in many different niches, I prefer working with both antique and modern styles. The contrast between the two is very fascinating!
What To Expect
On this site, you’ll be linked to helpful articles on the art of jewelry making, design and style. You’ll also be connected to credible sources that reside in the world of jewelry and even gain valuable knowledge about what it means to be a buyer. I also intend on displaying my personal works and will soon be putting them up for sale.
Currently, I am available to represent two more clients. You’ll have relief in knowing that I can quickly learn your collections and build a reasonable budget while keeping your business ahead of the game. You don’t want to necessarily follow trends but be the one to set them. If you’re ready to increase customer traffic, bring a new look or add to current collections, I encourage you to contact me. You can find all of my contact information on my About page. In your email, tell me a bit about your business and any new ideas you might have in terms of company direction. Thank you for visiting, Yountz Jewelry– your future buying rep!
